E-bike batteries are the most expensive single component on most builds — and they’re also one of the most commonly misdiagnosed. Before writing off a battery, it’s worth a proper diagnostic check.

Do you repair all types of bikes?
Yes — we work on road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, commuters, folding bikes, and electric bikes of all types. If you’re unsure whether we can help with your specific bike, send us a message and we’ll let you know.
Can you repair any brand of e-bike?
We work on most e-bike systems including hub motor builds, Bafang mid-drives (BBS01B, BBS02B, BBSHD, M-Series), and a wide range of branded commuter and mountain e-bikes. For highly proprietary systems, we’ll advise honestly if we’re not the right fit.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. For larger jobs — conversion kit installation, full services, or battery work — we recommend contacting us in advance to book a slot so you’re not waiting.
Can you supply the parts for my repair?
In most cases, yes. We stock a wide range of e-bike parts, batteries, motors, controllers, and displays in-shop. If we don’t have what you need on the shelf, we can usually source it quickly.
