All4eBikes batteries carry a 1-year prorated warranty. Defective batteries are repaired or replaced at no cost within the first 12 months. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery runs from the original purchase date.

Please note that batteries are precision electrochemical components. Improper use — including overcharging, deep discharging below minimum voltage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or operating beyond the rated current draw — can cause accelerated and irreversible degradation within a short period of normal-looking use. Wear or capacity loss resulting from such conditions is considered abnormal use and falls outside the scope of this warranty.

Not covered by battery warranty:

  • Accidents, abuse, stunt riding, racing, or abnormal use
  • Modification or private repair
  • Exposure to moisture, chemicals, sand, or abrasives
  • Charging with an unsuitable or incompatible charger
  • Any battery seal that is damaged or tampered with
  • Use in equipment other than a bicycle
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
  • Removed or defaced serial numbers / barcodes
  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Damage from fire, flood, lightning, storm, or theft

Genuine All4eBikes parts and components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If more than 15 days have passed since receipt, shipping charges apply for replacement parts within the warranty period.

Mechanical and electrical components are engineered to specific load, speed, and environmental tolerances. Operating a motor, controller, or drivetrain component beyond its rated parameters — including sustained overloading, incorrect voltage application, or use on terrain inconsistent with the product's design — can result in rapid and severe wear that may not be immediately visible. Damage or deterioration arising from such conditions is classified as abnormal use and is not covered under this warranty.

Not covered by parts warranty:

  • Corrosion from moisture or heat exposure
  • Surface finish deterioration or aesthetic damage
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, stunt riding, or racing
  • Improper assembly or installation differing from the manual
  • Use of non-approved accessories or peripheral equipment
  • Defects from collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, or theft
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Products with removed, defaced, damaged, or illegible serial numbers or barcodes
  • Defects caused by third-party accessories or unapproved peripheral equipment
  • Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, testing, maintenance, or servicing
  • External causes: collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, theft
  • Exposure to weather conditions or blown fuses due to improper power source use
  • Ordinary wear and tear not caused by defects in workmanship or materials

Make a Warranty Claim — Step by Step

Before raising a formal claim, we recommend contacting us first — many issues can be resolved quickly with remote guidance.

Contact Support First

Email [email protected] before filing a formal claim. There may be a simple solution — incorrect display settings, a loose connector, or a firmware update — that resolves the issue immediately.

Gather Your Evidence

You will need: proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) and clear photos or video of the defective product. All4eBikes will not process any claim without visual evidence of the defect.

Submit Your Claim

Send your evidence to [email protected]. All claims must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date to be valid.

Assessment & Resolution

Only All4eBikes can evaluate and confirm battery defects. Once your claim is reviewed, we will either arrange a repair, send a replacement, or advise on the next steps — at no charge if the defect falls within warranty terms.

Warranty FAQs

All4eBikes offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on batteries, motors, controllers, and genuine parts and components.

No! You should not accept a damaged product. If the product box is heavely damaged, refuse the order and notify All4eBikes.

No. Using a charger that is unsuitable or incompatible with your All4eBikes battery will void your warranty. Always use the charger supplied or approved by All4eBikes for your specific battery voltage and capacity.

If your battery is repaired, the warranty period remains tied to the original purchase date — it does not restart from the date of repair.

If your battery is replaced with a new unit, the replacement battery receives a fresh 12-month warranty from the date of replacement.

For parts and components: if more than 15 days have elapsed since you received the product, shipping charges will apply for replacement parts within the warranty period. Batteries replaced within 12 months are handled at no charge.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange — subject to the conditions below.

If you ordered the wrong product, we cannot issue a refund, but we can exchange the item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return Process — Step by Step

Follow the steps below to initiate a return. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Request an RMA Number

Email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed.

Complete the Refund Form (if required)

You may be asked to fill out a refund form, available in your account area. Our support team will advise you if this step is needed for your specific return.

Ship the Item Back

Package the item securely and post it back to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 7 business days. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

When and How You'll Be Refunded

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please note that refunds may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on your card provider. We will send a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
