1. General Shipping Information

1.1. We offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. 1.2. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They are based on the availability of the items ordered and the shipping destination. 1.3. We strive to dispatch orders within the time frames specified below. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs clearance, postal delays, or force majeure events.

2. Shipping and Delivery Times

2.1. For items that are in stock, shipping and delivery usually take 3-5 business days. 2.2. For electric bikes and electric scooters, the delivery time will be between 3-8 business days. 2.3. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight and dimensions of the items and the delivery destination. 3.2. Any additional charges for delivery to remote areas will be specified at checkout.

4. Order Processing

4.1. Orders are processed and dispatched on 1-2 business days. 4.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Address

5.1. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. 5.2. If the delivery address needs to be changed after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@all4ebikes.co.uk. Changes to the delivery address may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Confirmation

6.1. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available. 6.2. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@all4ebikes.co.uk for assistance.

7. Risk of Loss

7.1. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address. 7.2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products after delivery.

8. Undelivered or Lost Packages

8.1. If a package is undelivered or lost, please contact us at support@all4ebikes.co.uk. We will work with the courier to locate the package or arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability. 8.2. Claims for undelivered or lost packages must be made within 30 days of the dispatch date.

9. International Shipping

9.1. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United Kingdom.
