Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Incorrect orders: You are not covered if you have ordered the wrong product or part. In this case, we will not refund you, but we can exchange the item/product purchased. Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by you.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@all4ebikes.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
You may also have to fill out a refund form (available in your account).
Return shipping charges must be paid by you.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item for processing.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
WARRANTY

All4Ebikes provides a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact our customer support team at support@all4ebikes.co.uk to discuss a warranty claim.
Warranty will be void if:

The battery, motor, or controller shows signs of being opened, tampered with, or repaired.

The battery, motor, or controller has not been fitted properly.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

If a parcel arrives with a damaged box and you suspect the product may also be damaged, please refuse delivery immediately. If you accept it, you do so at your own risk.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to a “safe place” (as per your delivery preferences). If you select this option, it is entirely at your own risk.

All parcels are sent directly to the customer.
